Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message. This information is stored in our database and used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Newsletter signup. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address. No newsletter emails are currently sent. Your email is stored until you request removal.

Information Collected Automatically

Analytics data. We operate a self-hosted analytics system. No third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) are used. When you visit this site, we collect:

  • Pages viewed and time spent on each page
  • Referring website or source (e.g., Google search, direct)
  • Device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop)
  • Browser name and operating system
  • Screen resolution, timezone, and language settings (used to generate an anonymous visitor identifier)
  • Approximate geographic location (country, state, city) derived from your IP address via IP-API.com (see Third Parties below)

What we do not collect: We do not set tracking cookies. We do not store your raw IP address. Before any storage, IP addresses are anonymized by zeroing the last segment of the address and then hashing the result with SHA-256. This process is irreversible. We do not track you across other websites.

Raw analytics data is automatically deleted after 90 days. Aggregated daily summaries (totals with no individual records) are retained longer for trend analysis.

Age gate. This site requires visitors to confirm they are 21 or older before accessing content. Your confirmation is stored in your browser's local storage for 30 days. This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Services

This site connects to the following external services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

IP-API.com. Our analytics system uses IP-API.com to look up the approximate geographic location (country, state, city) associated with your IP address. Your IP address is sent to IP-API.com during this lookup. IP-API.com's privacy policy is available at ip-api.com.

Google Maps JavaScript API. The contact page loads an interactive map powered by Google Maps. When this map loads, your browser makes a request to Google's servers. Google may collect data about this request under its own privacy policy. See policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Places API. Customer reviews displayed on our homepage are retrieved from Google via the Google Places API. This is a server-to-server request and does not involve your browser directly.

Google Fonts. This site loads the Montserrat and Permanent Marker typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When these fonts load, your browser makes a request to Google's servers. Google may collect data about this request. To avoid this, Inter (the primary body font) is self-hosted on our server.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or any other third-party data collection services.
