The KRISS Vector is one of the most mechanically innovative firearms in modern production, built around a patented Super V recoil mitigation system that redirects bolt travel downward and rearward rather than straight back into the shooter's shoulder. This counterintuitive mechanism dramatically reduces felt recoil and muzzle rise compared to a conventional blowback design in the same caliber, making the Vector noticeably easier to control during rapid fire. Chambered in .45 ACP, the Vector CRB (Carbine) feeds from Glock 21 double-stack magazines, providing readily available and reliable feeding from a widely stocked magazine platform.
